We like to create e‑learning that prepares people for real-world situations. We cut out unnecessary theory and use learning needs analysis to focus on what learners will actually use to achieve their goals or solve a specific problem.
We also make sure every course is visually engaging, easy to navigate and technically rock-solid.

Your project starts with Vašek and Nikolas. We talk through what you want to achieve and outline the format and process that make the most sense, giving us enough information to estimate the budget. They’ll also take care of the commercial side of the project throughout our collaboration.
Feel free to get in touch straight away – it’s the easiest way to find out whether we’re a good fit.

Your project manager stays on top of the project from day one, which is why Vierka is likely to be the person you’ll speak to most often.
We start with a kick-off meeting to agree on how we’ll work together. From there, we keep everything on track, make sure the project is progressing as planned and keep everyone aligned. That’s also why we usually schedule regular – typically weekly – project updates with our clients.

Our learning design work usually starts with the kick-off meeting. We take the time to understand what you have in mind and define a clear goal for the project together.
Our team combines academic expertise with extensive hands-on project experience. That helps us get up to speed quickly, even in unfamiliar subject areas, and gradually turn your initial idea into a clear learning solution that delivers what you need.
We start with analysis, move on to the course structure and then create a wireframe. Throughout the process, we make sure the course is useful, easy to understand and speaks the language of its audience. And if you’d rather create the e‑learning yourself, we can guide you through the process instead.

Katia’s job is to make each course look great and feel effortless to use. Early in the project, she usually creates a moodboard to align on the visual direction.
Once the learning design team has completed the wireframe, Katia turns it into the final visual design and refines the navigation and interface elements to make the experience as intuitive as possible.
She also creates videos, animations and illustrations, as well as interactive handouts to accompany our e‑learning courses.

Standa comes in at the final stage, turning the design into a fully functional e‑learning course – quickly and without bugs. Sometimes that takes a fair amount of problem-solving. But with almost 500 completed courses behind us, we can often rely on approaches we already know work.
Most of our development happens in Articulate Storyline, which Standa also teaches through our Storyline Academy. It gives us almost unlimited flexibility to turn your ideas into working learning experiences. More recently, we’ve also started using AI-powered tools as part of our development process.

It depends on several factors – the length of the course, the formats involved, how we work together and how ready the source materials are.
Good collaboration on both sides makes a big difference to the quality of the result. We’ve delivered projects in a matter of weeks, but for a complete project, it’s safer to allow two months or more.
We build courses with future updates in mind, whether they’re needed because of new legislation or for any other reason.
In most cases, we handle updates based on information provided by the client. But if you prefer, we can also show you how to update the courses yourself.
The cost depends on several factors, including the length of the course, the formats involved and the level of customization. Simple courses can start at around €1,000, while more complex projects typically run into €10,000 and more.
The best approach is to come to us with an approximate budget and we’ll show you what we can create within it.
The easiest way to deliver e‑learning to your learners is through a Learning Management System (LMS).
And if you don’t have one yet, you’re in luck – we do. We’ll be happy to set it up for you. :)
