How much does EDUportal cost?
Pricing depends on the level of customization and the number of users who will access the portal.
• The most affordable option uses our standard template and the LMS Competent visual identity, with no custom modifications. You simply pay for the portal based on the number of users.
• Basic customization typically starts around €700–€1,200.
• Medium customization usually falls around €2,000–€4,000.
• Extensive customization starts at around €4,000.
We offer discounted portal subscriptions and custom work to nonprofit organizations.

What content can I use in EDUportal?
EDUportal supports a wide range of content types, including videos, links, documents, presentations, PDFs, forms, SCORM packages, tests, courses created in the built-in authoring tool and embedded web content. And we’re continuing to expand the options.
Alongside online content, you can also promote in-person learning activities and provide downloadable documents.

How does EDUportal work with LMS Competent?
EDUportal is the learner-facing interface connected to LMS Competent. It shows learners the activities managed in Competent – optional or mandatory, online or in person.
Unlike the standard learner interface that comes with a traditional LMS, EDUportal can be adapted easily to a specific audience, both functionally and visually.
Competent can also manage any number of EDUportals, so you can create a separate portal for each audience – employees, customers, the public and more.
Together, EDUportal and LMS Competent combine the strengths of web design and software development. EDUportal provides a user-friendly, highly customizable front end, while Competent provides robust administration that can be extensively configured and automated.

What’s the difference between EDUportal and a course?
EDUportal is the learner-facing platform that displays relevant learning activities managed in an LMS.
A course, on the other hand, is an individual learning item managed in LMS Competent – such as a document, form, SCORM package or video.
