Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how www.educasoft.cz uses cookies and similar technologies.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small data files stored on your device through your web browser. They may enable thewebsite to operate correctly, remember your settings, help us understand how the website is used or allowus to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Some services may also use similar technologies, such as local storage, pixels or other technical
identifiers. For simplicity, this Policy refers to all such technologies collectively as “cookies”.

2. How we obtain your consent

We use Cookiebot, provided by Usercentrics A/S, to manage cookie consent.

When you first visit our website, you can choose whether to allow analytical and marketing cookies. You
may accept non-essential cookies, reject them or customise your preferences by category.

Technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the website may be used without consent.
Analytical and marketing cookies are activated only after you have provided the relevant consent.

You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time — using the cookie icon button in the bottom left corner of every page, or the consent change link in section 7 of this Policy.

Cookiebot stores information needed to respect and demonstrate your choice. Your consent preference is
normally remembered for up to 12 months, after which you may be asked to provide your preference
again.

3. Cookie categories

Technical cookies

Technical cookies are necessary for the basic operation, security and functionality of the website, its forms
and the consent management system. Their use is not conditional on your consent. This category may
include technical cookies used by Webflow, Cookiebot and security functionality protecting website forms.

Analytical cookies

Analytical cookies help us understand how visitors use the website, which pages they visit, how they
interact with the site and where usability issues may arise. We use analytical cookies only with your
consent.

Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies are used to measure advertising campaign performance, record conversions and
optimise online advertising. We use marketing cookies only with your consent.

5. Vimeo

The website may contain embedded video content provided by Vimeo.

Where technically possible, we configure the Vimeo player using its Do Not Track (DNT) functionality to
reduce non-essential analytics tracking. Certain cookies necessary for the secure operation of the video
player may still be used.

Where embedded content requires non-essential cookies or tracking, it is loaded only after the relevant
consent has been provided.

6. Protection of forms against spam

We may use Google reCAPTCHA or a comparable security solution to protect forms against automated
abuse and spam.

Such services may process technical information such as an IP address, browser and device information
and information about interaction with the website.

Where the specific implementation uses non-essential cookies or tracking technologies, their activation is
managed through Cookiebot.

7. Current cookie declaration

The specific cookies used on the website may change over time, for example following updates to the
services we use.

The Cookie Declaration managed by Cookiebot is embedded below. It contains the current list of detected cookies including their provider, purpose, category and expiration period, accompanying information about the use of cookies, your current consent status and a link to change it. This entire block is generated automatically by Cookiebot:

8. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers of analytical, marketing or embedded services may also process data outside the
European Economic Area.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, the relevant safeguards required by the GDPR are
used, such as a European Commission adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or other
appropriate safeguards.

For further information, please see our Privacy Policy.

9. Changing your cookie settings

You may withdraw or change your consent to analytical and marketing cookies at any time. You can do so using the cookie icon button in the bottom left corner of every page or the consent change link in section 7, Current cookie declaration. Either one reopens the consent dialog.

You may also manage cookies using your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may, however, affect
certain technical functionality of the website.

10. Contact and updates

If you have any questions about our use of cookies, please contact us at info@educasoft.cz.

We may update this Cookie Policy in particular where the technologies we use or applicable legal
requirements change.
