It depends. We set the price to reflect where the most value is created for you in education. It also means you're not paying unnecessarily for something you're not using.

But what does that mean in practice? For example, for a company with a relatively stable number of employees (and therefore Competent users), it makes sense to pay for user licenses. Conversely, for an organization that only trains in certain months or has large fluctuations in activity (e.g. due to seasonality), it is more beneficial to pay for active users. In the case of a training agency that sells courses, it is advantageous to pay per course sold (i.e. per activity).

For large and small companies. Large companies will appreciate the high level of customization, automation that saves a lot of time and money, and individual approach throughout the entire time of using the LMS.

Smaller companies will appreciate the ability to quickly deploy Competent in Lite version, fast and efficient communication with our team, and the ability to create, upload and easily distribute their content.

You can create your own content directly in Competent using the built-in authoring tool. It is also possible to upload existing training materials (PDF, presentations, videos, etc.) and e-learning courses in SCORM 1.2 format. We will be happy to provide you with a consultation. Also, our experienced team of experts can create tailored e-learning content to address specific problems and to prepare the students for real work situations.

Competent Lite includes all basic features, predefined roles and predefined notifications. The level of customization is lower than the full version, so it can be set up very quickly. The full version of Competent can include various extensions based on the client's needs. It also has a catalog for voluntary training, automation of access allocation by group, attendance types of training activities, student portal and feedback module. Which version is right for you doesn't necessarily depend on the size of your company, but rather on its specific training needs.

Competent adheres to standard security measures. Connection to the server is always via the encrypted HTTPS security protocol. Data is stored in a backed-up database with a vetted global provider. User passwords are encrypted and cannot be accessed by any admin. A broad privilege system ensures that users only have access to a defined set of data.

The student user interface is responsive so that users can access the educational content from any device and therefore learn anytime, anywhere. As for the content itself, it is possible to display external materials that are responsive or create your own responsive content in the built-in authoring tool.

Competent can be integrated with almost any system via a universal API. For example, our existing clients have benefited from the automatic synchronization of users from the HR system, including information about user group membership, which determines the assignment of the learning path. We or your internal IT team can provide these integrations for you.
