Each project has its own dedicated project manager who oversees it from start to finish. That’s why you’ll be in most frequent contact with Veronika, Vierka, or Nikol.

We begin by organizing a kick-off meeting where we set up the collaboration. From there, we make sure the project stays on track and everyone is satisfied.

For this reason, we also schedule regular (usually weekly) update meetings or calls with our clients

Our work usually starts with a kick‑off meeting. We aim to fully understand your vision and help you define the project’s goals.

We bring strong experience from both academic environments and real-world projects. Thanks to this, we can quickly grasp new topics and gradually shape an e‑learning course that truly fulfills your intent.

We start with analysis and move through course planning toward a so‑called wireframe. We ensure the course is useful, easy to understand, and speaks the language of its target audience.

If you prefer to create the course yourself, we can also act as your guides throughout the process.

We’re here to make sure the course looks great and is easy to use. At the beginning of the project, we usually create a moodboard — a visual reference board that helps align expectations for the course’s look and feel.

From the learning designers, we take over the finished wireframe and design the visual style of individual screens. We also fine­-tune the placement of navigation elements to ensure smooth usability.

We’re equally happy to create videos, animations, or illustrations. Interactive handouts for e‑courses are also a frequent part of our work.

At the end of the entire process come us — Standa and Brian. Our task is to make sure the e‑course works flawlessly and efficiently.

Sometimes this requires careful thinking. More often, however, we rely on proven processes backed by nearly 500 courses already created.

We work primarily with Articulate Storyline, a tool that Standa also teaches as part of the Storyline Academy. It gives us virtually unlimited possibilities to turn your ideas into fully functional courses.
